01 · ORIGIN

It begins in the highlands.

Long before it reaches your cup, our coffee is a cherry on a Yemeni mountain terrace. Volcanic soil, thin air, cold nights — conditions that force the tree to grow slowly. And slow growth is what concentrates flavor into every bean.

02 · HARVEST

Picked and cured by hand.

When the cherries turn red, Yemeni farming families walk the terraces and pick only what's ready — one cherry at a time. Then the beans are sun-cured on raised beds for weeks, hand-turned daily, until they reach their fruit-forward, wine-like peak.

03 · SOURCING

Straight from the source.

This is where Qishr comes in. We buy directly from the families who grow and cure our beans — no brokers, no anonymous lots. Every shipment traces back to the terrace it came from and the hands that picked it.

04 · ROAST & POUR

Roasted, brewed, poured for you.

Back in our roastery, each batch is roasted to the exact profile that brings out its character. Then it's ground fresh and brewed the way it has been here for six hundred years — with patience, with intention, with hospitality.
